Phalanx is a partnership of 15 experienced entrepreneurs, interim managers and advisers at six locations, founded in 2010. We work for owner-managed companies, family businesses and investors when the next move matters.

We have led, restructured, sold and integrated companies ourselves. We combine this experience with research on succession and family business at the University of Siegen and Henley Business School.
